At Vitium Care, Our trained and qualified staff members provide personalized assistance with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management. We provide Community Access i.e. we believe in the importance of community inclusion and offer support to help participants engage in social, recreational, and educational activities. Our team works closely with individuals to identify their interests and connect them with relevant community programs, events, and support networks.
We also believe in Allied Health Services, i.e. Our multidisciplinary team includes allied health professionals such as physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists. They provide assessment, therapy, and ongoing support to address specific needs and improve functional abilities.
At Vitium Care, We guarantee that both our personnel and our participants are kept safe at all times by keeping to the safety procedures outlined in COVID-19. So as to keep everyone safe, we strictly follow the procedure established by the Queensland Government. Our employees have received extensive training and are up to date on all necessary vaccinations.
